Return/Refund Policy and Warranty

Customer satisfaction is our number on priority. We will accept return on items within 30 days of purchase if the item is undamaged, the customer will need to pay for shipping on the returned item. We will replace items if they are defective or if they fail due to a fault on our behalf. We may require pictures of the items in question. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we feel the problem was caused by any kind of misuse or deliberate damage.

We offer a 1 year warranty on all products and will replace and item if it fails under intended use. The warranty will not cover misuse, deliberate damage, or water damage. We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim for any reason.
